This site has no forms and no cookies; its visit recordings by PostHog are described below. It cannot track you across other sites, because there is nothing on it that does.

Apart from our own analytics, what we know about you is what you told us on the phone. This site itself collects very little.
What the website collects
Very little. Every page here is a static file. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no comment box, no advertising pixel and no third-party script other than PostHog, served from this domain. The fonts are served from this same domain rather than a font network, so loading a page makes no request to anyone else at all.
No cookie is set by this site. If your browser shows a cookie for this domain, it did not come from us.
Our host, like every web host, writes ordinary server logs — the requesting IP address, the time, the page and the user agent. Those logs exist to keep the site available and to stop abuse. We do not join them to anything, sell them, or use them to build a profile.
Calls and bookings: when you tap a phone, text, email or booking link on this site, our own analytics stores the IP address of that visit together with the action, so we can see roughly where requests come from. We keep it for 90 days, use it for nothing else, and never sell or share it.
Visit recordings: this site also uses PostHog, a service of PostHog Inc. in the United States, to see how visitors use it. Its script is served from this domain, and what it records is passed on from here to PostHog. It records the pages you view, where you click and how far you scroll, your device and browser type, page-speed measurements, and a replay of the visit in which anything typed into a field is hidden. It sets no cookies; its session data stays in the storage of your open browser tab and is cleared when the tab closes. PostHog receives your IP address, keeps it with this data and uses it to estimate your approximate location. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded. We use it only to improve this site and never sell it; PostHog keeps recordings for 30 days and other usage data for up to one year.
What we collect when you call
To book and complete a repair we need your name, a phone number, the service address, the appliance model and serial number, and a description of the fault. We keep the invoice and the job notes afterwards, because the parts warranty runs for a year and we need to be able to look up what we fitted.
That information is used to schedule the visit, order the correct part, and honour the warranty. It is not sold, rented, or handed to a marketing service. Where a part has to be ordered, the supplier receives only what the order requires.

Children
This is a home appliance repair site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no archive; the current version is the whole of it.
